(6)Reliable control shall be established for those records concerning the work in the repair or alteration of components relating to the recognition, the inspection to assure the safety of the said components, the storage of materials, parts and components, and the calibration of equipment for the work and the inspection.
(7)In addition to those listed in each preceding subparagraph, the result of repair or alteration of components at the business premises in reference to the recognition shall be adequate and the components receiving the confirmation under the provisions of the proviso of Article 17 paragraph 3 after the repair or alteration at the said business premises shall be credibly regarded as in conformity with the technical standards under Article 10 paragraph 4 of the Law.
(Scope of Work under Repair Station Certificate of Appliances)
Article 30-(4). Under the repair station certificate one or more scopes of work as listed below may be performed.
(1)Repair and/or alteration of piston engines.
(2)Repair and/or alteration of turbine engines.
(3)Repair and/or alteration of fixed-pitch propellers.
(4)Repair and/or alteration of variable-pitch propellers.
(5)Repair and/or alteration of rotor wing.
(6)Repair and/or alteration of transmission.
(7)Repair and/or alteration of mechanical instruments
(8)Repair and/or alteration of electrical instruments.
(9)Repair and/or alteration of gyro-instruments.
(10)Repair and/or alteration of electronic instruments.
(11)Repair and/or alteration of mechanical equipment.
(12)Repair and/or alteration of electrical equipment.
(13)Repair and/or alteration of electronic equipment.
(14)Repair and/or alteration of radio equipment.
(15)Repair and/or alteration of major components.
(Specification of Repair Station Certificate for Components)
Article 30-(5). In the repair station certificate, it may be possible to specify the classification and contents of the work defined in the table of Article 24 as well as the kind and type of components.
(Term of Validity of Repair Station Certificate for Components)
Article 30-(6). The term of validity for the repair station certificate for components shall be one year.
